I took my mom to this offer per pcp referral and PA Nicole is amazing in every way. Her charming smile and warm welcome. Her expertise on steps and plans for my Mom treatment is unexpectedly great! We're glad that my mom insurance is not a problem because she has UPMC but if insurance is an issue then really it's not Dr Ali or his staffs fault. No offense to anyone it's just my personal opinion. I have not met Dr. Ali yet but im sure he's a good doctor trying to help if he could otherwise he wouldn't have such an amazing PA Nicole assisting him. The front desk team are also helpful and friendly. We are pleased with this doctor and his entire office staffs. Excellent 5 stars!

I can't recommend Dr. Ali at Interventional Pain & Spine Center enough. As a new patient dealing with intense sciatica caused by a herniated disc, I was nervous and trying to avoid a cortisone shot—but with a long international flight coming up, my symptoms were rapidly getting worse.Dr. Ali went above and beyond from day one. He listened carefully, explained my condition clearly, and was incredibly proactive in getting me relief. He arranged a same-day MRI (my insurance had already pre-authorized it) at a nearby imaging center after my very first visit, and then managed to fit me in for a cortisone injection the following week—something I thought would take weeks to schedule.Thanks to his care and urgency, I will be able to travel with significantly less pain and peace of mind. I’m truly grateful for how responsive, thorough, and compassionate he and his team have been. If you're dealing with spine or nerve pain, this is the place to go.

I love it here!! Dr. Ali is great very concerned passionate and compassionate individual they're aren't too many in his field that conduct their selves with such integrity. The staff as well as environment is very warm and welcoming. Receive care within timely fashion and staff works well scheduling and resolving issues based on patients individual needs.
